Paying by Paypal

Most of our customers pay by PayPal. It's quick and easy for them, and most importantly, safe. There is no fee for paying by PayPal, and you don't even need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Paying by card

You can pay by credit or debit card online by using PayPal. You don't need to create a PayPal account. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone, by calling us on 0191 2655 129 during office hours (9-5, Mon-Fri). We will also be able to advise you when your goods will be posted, so you know when to expect them.

Conditions of payment

• Payment must be received within 7 days of winning an auction or otherwise securing an item.
• If payment is not received after this time, we may relist your item, and raise an unpaid item dispute so that we can reclaim our fees from ebay.
• If you pay by PayPal, we can only post to the registered address on your PayPal account. To post to a different address, you should pay by card by calling our office.
