UK

For most deliveries in the UK, we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Your item will usually be delivered next day (except Sundays) but can take up to three days. We'll email you when your item is shipped, with a tracking code (if applicable) so you can track it online. For some especially heavy or urgent items, we use Interlink, and your parcel will be delivered the next weekday, before 3pm.

World

For our customers outside the UK, we ship items by several services, to get your parcel to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We use Royal Mail International Signed For, Royal Mail Airsure and Interlink. Usually your parcel will be delivered by your local post office or courier. We always use airmail to keep delivery times to a minimum, and most items are delivered within a week, but depending upon your location, it could take over two weeks. You can track your item online, but in most cases the parcel is limited once the parcel leaves the UK.

What if my parcel goes missing?

Very rarely, your purchase gets held up in the system. Here's what to do:

  • First, check that an attempt has not been made to deliver your parcel while you were out. The driver should have left a card with details of your local depot.
  • If you can't find a card, try tracking your item online to see where it is. We should have emailed you a reference code when we shipped your parcel.
  • If you still can't find your goods, or your email did not contain a tracking code, then get in touch with us. We can chase things up from our end, and in extreme cases can help with compensation from the courier or a refund.
