What methods of payment do you accept?

All payments are to be made in UK sterling (GBP £). Payment methods accepted for UK buyers are Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders or Bank Transfer. All major credit cards are accepted for payments over the phone. International buyers are kindly asked to pay via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Payments must be received within 7 days of winning an item. If more time is needed to pay please contact our office on: 0191 2655129. If Paypal is used to pay, we reserve the right to refuse the sale if your address is not confirmed, for insurance purposes.

What’s your returns policy?

A refund will be offered if the buyer is not 100% satisfied, up to 7 days after them receiving the item(s). A refund will be given to the buyer if they return the item(s) back to us in perfect re-saleable condition, at their own cost. If the item(s) are received by us, a refund will be sent for the item(s). The total amount refunded will be the invoiced amount for the item(s) minus the postage costs that were incurred; these are stated on the relevant advert for the items(s).

How will I know if my item has been despatched?

As soon as your item has been despatched, an email will be sent to you to let you know. Your item will then be marked as despatched.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We use a secure courier service to make sure your item(s) reach you safely. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can bid with confidence. We ship worldwide and shipping costs are stated on individual Ebay adverts.

For insurance reasons, we are unfortunately unable to ship to Russia, China, Ukraine and much of the African continent.

Do you combine postage for multiple orders?

Postage discounts are available for multiple purchases – please email us to request totals.

If you are intending to buy multiple items to be shipped overseas, please contact us first. For insurance reasons, we can't always do this.

Will I have to pay duty or custom charges if I live outside the EU?

Items bought by ebayers outside of the EU, may incur a charge when they enter your country. We are unable to mark your package as a gift. Please contact your local Tax or Customs office for further information.

What postal method do you use?

UK

We use Royal Mail Tracked service for all UK deliveries. This service is tracked at four points so you will know where your item is anytime throughout the delivery process. This is a 2-3 day service. Tracked items are insured up to £39.00 only. Other courier services are available upon request, including Royal Mail special delivery (insured up to £500) or other courier next day service. Please email or telephone for further details.

International

We use Royal Mail International Signed For or other courier service for international deliveries, which are covered by full insurance for the amount spent.

Where’s my order?

UK

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your item(s). Each item is issued with a tracking number and can be traced at up to 4 points throughout the delivery process. Please contact our office on: 0191 2655129 and we will endeavour to track your item for you.

International

EU customers can expect delivery in 7-14 days. For the rest of the world, delivery usually takes 10-21 days.

Is my item lost?

In the unlikely event that your item should not arrive, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund until Royal Mail declare the item as 'lost'. This is after 15 working days for the UK (Three weeks Monday to Friday). Outside of the UK, this time will be longer.
